Carrier are now recruiting for a Compliance & Supply Chain Administrator based from our Plymouth office.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking team player with a desire to learn within a fast-paced global company.
What are some of the things I will be doing as an Administrator?
- Raising purchase orders on the ERP system
- Updating ERP with shipping dates from suppliers and factories
- Adding new items and costings to ERP and database as required
- Raising purchase requisitions on ERP
- Liaising with suppliers and Toshiba factories for prices, lead times
- Administrative support to warehouse
- Liaise with warehouse to issue goods receipt notes for upcoming deliveries
- General administrative support to supply chain as required
To be successful in this role you will have
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Previously worked in an office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
