Carrier are now recruiting for a Compliance & Supply Chain Administrator based from our Plymouth office.

    We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking team player with a desire to learn within a fast-paced global company.

    What are some of the things I will be doing as an Administrator?

    • Raising purchase orders on the ERP system
    • Updating ERP with shipping dates from suppliers and factories
    • Adding new items and costings to ERP and database as required
    • Raising purchase requisitions on ERP
    • Liaising with suppliers and Toshiba factories for prices, lead times
    • Administrative support to warehouse
    • Liaise with warehouse to issue goods receipt notes for upcoming deliveries
    • General administrative support to supply chain as required

    To be successful in this role you will have

    • Good communication skills at all levels
    • Previously worked in an office environment.
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Computer literate, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
