At Caterpillar, you build what matters—whether it’s the career you want, crucial work skills, strong relationships, or new technologies. –Our work is powered by people.
Caterpillar Leicester is part of the Building Construction Products (BCP) division, manufacturing a range of world class Backhoe Loaders and Compact Wheel Loaders, as part of the wider BCP range. Products that are reliable, cost effective, versatile, and adaptable. Leicester is more than just a production facility - it is a full product development centre with global responsibility for its products. Our Stockton facility manufactures the core fabrications which are supplied directly to the production lines at Leicester.
Supply Chain is at the heart of every business, and here is no exception. Think about the daily sourcing of materials from across the world, then think about how these parts are transported into a company, manufactured, and shipped out to customers within demanding lead-times. This is only a highlight of what it means to work in Supply Chain.
Working within our Supply Chain function means delivering a quality product to a satisfied customer - on time, every time. The department is therefore a highly important link between our teams involved in product development, production, and most importantly our customers.
