What will you be doing?
Our programme is designed for graduates looking to gain experience within our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business looking to take on an Energy and Sustainability Manager position at the end of the two years.
During this two-year graduate programme, you will gain first-hand experience:
- Supporting clients within our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business in achieving energy, carbon, and cost reductions.
- Implementing energy efficiency measures, low and zero carbon solutions and operational best practices.
- Develop leadership and team management skills.
- Gain insights into our client focused business and how our clients’ sites are managed across a wide variety of sectors.
This programme is focused on developing you into an Energy and Sustainability Manager within one of our dynamic teams - a pivotal role across our business providing a springboard to further develop your career within our fast paced and expanding industry.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for final year undergraduates or recent graduates with less than two years’ experience and a degree in energy and sustainability, engineering, building services or a related discipline.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Proactive nature with ownership of tasks and duties, using initiative and can-do attitude.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Enjoy working within a fast-paced organisation.
