    CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for Interns to join the Tetra Pak team. This role will focus around our global project management offering. You will get hands on experience in implementing solutions to improve reporting, processes and client satisfaction. As well as this, the successful individual will gain invaluable insight in to our Project Management Business and Enterprise accounts

    The Tetra Pak account provides Integrated Facilities Solutions and Project Management across over 100 sites in 40 countries.

    This is a 1- year programme

    Key Tasks

    • Support and co-ordinate the Global Tetra Pak Projects Business. You will own the data gathering, analysis and collation to support our internal and customer reporting  
    • You will also support the various subject sections of our project business such as , estimating , project management, quantity surveying , commercial and procurement. This will give you a great understanding of how a project business works. 
    • The Intern may spend time with the subject matter experts of the Project business to build an understanding of what we do, how we do it, and get to know our clients.   
    • The Intern will be actively involved in supporting Global leadership activities – by hands on involvement in reporting and working to support monthly reviews. 
    • You will support the projects growth plan, by collaborating with other key parts of our business to help drive further opportunity and gain an understanding of how other parts of the business operate. 
    • As part of the placement, the Intern will gain commercial experience and fully understand our project service delivery 
    • Understanding the monthly drumbeat of the business (meeting cadence, month end etc) ​ 
    • Be actively involved in team and management meetings 
    • Customer relationship management ​ 
    • Understand and participate in days to day activities (basics such as project playbooks , QHSE governance , reporting etc) 
    • Understand CBRE People policies, systems and processes 

    Miscellaneous  

    • Any other ad-hoc duties to assist the Global Project Manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    • An understanding of principles of engineering or energy.
    • Customer focused, with excellent influencing and communication skills.
    • Exceptional time management skills with an eye for detail and extremely organised.
    • Proactive nature with ownership of tasks and duties, using initiative and can-do attitude.
    • The ability to work with and influence a broad range and level of stakeholders and supplier representatives.
    • Collaborative approach, with the ability to maximise short term whilst building upon long-term productive relationships.  Effective team-working and support to colleagues.
    • Thrive on working within a fast-paced organisation, with a diverse supply base and wide geographical spread of contracts.
    • Strong commercial acumen.

    • This role is based on 40 hours per week, with the ability to be flexible to business demands.
