Placement Overview
Our Building Surveying Industry Placement is 12months long and will be starting in September 2023. We will have opportunities available in the following teams:
- Technical Due Diligence
- Dilapidations
Person Specification/Requirements
- A forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate & the built-environment
- Keen to combine net zero and energy efficiency theory with an understanding of practical constraints and considerations
- Self-motivated with a talent for verbal and written communication
- A good team player
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- You will need a RICS accredited degree or a RICS accredited masters conversion course in Building Surveying (achieved or on track for a 2:1 minimum)
- Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must be eligible to live, work and remain in England, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to.
