    This role will be working with the Global Talent Acquisition Director to deliver the Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategy, with a focus on leveraging & improving Data, Reporting, Systems & Processes to create better business outcomes. You will gain exposure to other business lines and functions across the global organisation & may also be accountable for leading or inputting into projects in those areas.

    You will play an active part in the TA team taking responsibility to project manage and deliver a range of local, regional and global initiatives as well as inputting into other projects & business as usual (BAU) activities. You will also be highly involved in demonstrating progress against objectives through competitor analysis, data insights, reports and presentations.

    Successful applicants will demonstrate a high level of organisation, excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach & an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at any one time.

    Key tasks

    • Data & reporting: increase transparency of progress, challenges & opportunities through accurate data and reporting. Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to create reports which influence business decisions and outcomes including identification & design more efficient & effective ways of working. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the accuracy of dashboards to support these insights.
    • Systems & Processes: support implementation of technology, systems and processes. Identify ways to evolve existing systems and processes (such as Workforce Planning) through automation & advanced long-term insights.
    • Project Management: research solutions to specific and future business challenges, report out on recommendations and project manage and / or support a series of projects to create a more proactive approach. Potential Examples:

    • TA Model:Support the identification of optimal TA models including best approach to volume hiring (engine room) and key talent segments to promote greater efficiencies & more proactive outcomes including structures for growth. Research competitors & market leaders to inform approach.
    • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Support and co-ordinate the execution of the DE&I strategy for Talent Acquisition
    • Employee Engagement: increase employee engagement, both within the business and within the TA function itself, by identifying & solutioning for more effective structures and ways of working to support growth. Identify ‘what good looks like’ in order to support increasing hiring needs within the team itself.

    Miscellaneous

    • Other ad-hoc duties to assist the wider Talent Acquisition team including, but not limited to, newsletters, events calendars and communications.

    Knowledge, skills and experience

    • Customer focused, with excellent influencing and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of quantitative analysis (ideally familiar with PowerBI and building dashboards)
    • Exceptional time management skills with an eye for detail and extremely organised.
    • Proactive nature with ownership of tasks and duties, using initiative and can-do attitude.
    • The ability to work with and influence a broad range and level of stakeholders.
    • Collaborative approach, with the ability to maximise short term whilst building upon long-term productive relationships.  Effective team-working and support to colleagues.

    Additional information

    • This role is based on 40 hours per week, with the ability to be flexible to business demands.
    • This role may involve reasonable travel.
