What to Expect
You will join the CDW Sales Academy, which is designed to equip you with everything you need to become successful. The program will accelerate your confidence in the role and support you on your journey to being an established Sales Account Manager.
Successful candidates will be coached by a dedicated Academy Sales Manager, whilst still having the independence to bring your own approach and personality to the sales cycle. In addition, structured Sales and IT training will be provided over the 12–15-month program, which will lead to a professional qualification.
What you’ll be doing
- Research and Identify potential customers to shape and build new business
- Grow new business through effective communication methods including cold calling, customer meetings and email marketing
- Work towards KPI's through developing market understanding, building relationships and networking
- Provide effective account management to support your customers technology strategy, implementation, and future requirements
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, and external partners to help develop a rich customer experience
- Build and maintain high customer experience level through regular meetings
What we need from you
- Educated to A Level including Math’s & English grade C or above
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Have a passion for sales with an entrepreneurial flare and desire to build client base from scratch
- Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and develop knowledge of new and emerging technologies
