Main Duties
Responsibilities
- Initial 6 months rotation in the different procurement areas.
- Once initial rotation is completed successfully, fixed role will be assigned within the department.
Initial Rotation
- Comply in a timely manner with the tasks assigned.
- Attend and solve the needs and requirements that may arise in the rotations.
- Collaboratively promote new solutions to common problems in the different rotation areas.
- Develop projects that generate added value for the company, through appropriate innovation and company-driven transformation culture.
- Participate in learning activities and courses.
- Demonstrate learning developed throughout rotations.
- Develop a broad network of relationships that support knowledge and professional growth throughout the program.
Permanent Role
- Apply and develop the skills acquired in the rotation period
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree (engineering preferred)
- Intern or work experience in the field, or strong interest in developing a career in the procurement area.
