    The role

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our Accounts Payable Team (Shortline) as an AP Reconciliation Clerk. The role will involve ensuring invoices are processed and available for payment within payment terms, the reconciliation of Supplier accounts monthly, investigation of invoice discrepancies and continuous development of supplier relationships.

    We are looking for a capable and diligent candidate seeking a busy, fun, finance team, where job satisfaction comes from being a key element in the efficient payment of suppliers.

    We would value the following attributes

    • Previous experience working with Accounts Payable
    • Excellent people skills
    • Strong Communication skills
    • Able to work well both independently as well as a part of a multiskilled team of finance specialists.
    • Experience using SAP
    • Intermediate / Advanced Excel
