Are you ready to build an exciting and fulfilling career in HR? We are delighted to be offering our 2023 HR Graduate Programme, that will truly accelerate your development into a well-rounded, HR professional!
Role Description
The programme is for just over 2 years, which is broken down into three rotations, these will be filled with interesting and high-profile assignments, you will meet and work with a variety of HR and business stakeholders, gaining exposure across several teams including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and Reward to name just a few.
We want you to experience as much as possible and be able to soak up and learn about the wonderful world of HR and life at Centrica. We will be with you throughout your journey to give you all the support you need!
You will also be given the opportunity to complete a Level 5 HR Consultant / Partner Apprenticeship, adding another qualification to sit alongside your degree and further enhance your learning and career.

- Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Master’s)
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Prioritise workload and priorities
- Willing to relocate within the UK to help make the most of all the opportunities we offer
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Available to start your Graduate Programme in October 2023
