    Cerberus is currently seeking to hire a UK full-time Summer Intern to join their Portfolio Management team based in the London office from 1 July 2024 through 9 August 2024.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Assist the team in the asset management activities of the existing real estate portfolios
    • Track performance of investments and identify the optimal operating and financial strategies to be implemented
    • Help update and execute the business plan activities, including but not limited to asset/portfolio sales, refinancing, letting, refurbishment and development projects
    • Preparation of material for investor reporting

    Desired Experience & Skills

    • Would suit candidates studying engineering, finance or mathematics
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail, highly analytical and logical mind-set
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to handle pressure
    • Team orientated
    • Self motivated and enthusiastic

    Eligibility

    Eligible Students should be

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme and have completed at least one (1) year
    • Have the Right to Work in the UK (this role does not offer any form of sponsorship)
