Are you passionate about using technology to help place the patient (the consumer) at the centre of their care, transforming the way that patients and care providers interact and make decisions?
The world of health and care is changing rapidly. As services are enhanced and integrated, with a greater focus on preventative and pro-active care to maximise health and wellbeing outcomes, the patient (consumer) is increasingly playing a greater role in their care.
Cerner’s Patient Portal technology, (known as HealtheLife and the Consumer Framework), enables collaboration between the patient and the providers of their care. It provides the patient with access to key information about their care, and it’s a collaborative platform that enables communication and the exchange of information between patient and care providers to support decision-making.
