We are offering an exciting opportunity for an intern to join our Global Corporate HR team, supporting HR day to day matters and as well as projects and initiatives. It is a great learning opportunities for fresh graduates who inspired to develop their career in HR, as it provides a full year cycle experience into all HR functions working with the Head of HR in Legal.

Key accountabilities

Supporting the Head of HR Legal in HR Generalists duties for Global Coporate Legal team based in London and a few other locations. These will be including but not limited to :

  • HR Admin
    • Learning and mastering Workday, the single employee data and people task tool, ensuring Legal employee data accuracy
    • Learning and using people cost forecasting tools (TM1) to input headcounts during budget cycles
    • Handle and channel enquiries from Legal team to appropriate HR teams
  • Talent Acquisition
    • handle end to end recruitment activities from Job Posting, Selection, offering, and pre-onboarding..etc. Closely collaborating with HR Operations and Legal assistants;
    • Project coordination of Legal placement program in summer 2025
  • Various Projects :
    • Collaborate with Legal Operations for CREATE L&D for Legal people developments
    • Exploring further roll out BLOOM in legal (BLOOM is a Global learning platform in Chanel)
    • Coordinate the revamped Legal onboarding
    • Other transversal projects might be assigned

What you will bring

  • Studied related discipline in HR Management and aspired to grow your future career in HR;
  • Fluency in English language (verbal and written), other languages a plus but not compulsory
  • Familiar with digital tools e.g. good MS powerpoint and excel skills;
  • Careful and pay attentions in detail and accuracy;
  • Curious and have strong appetite in continuous learning.
  • You need to have the right to work in the UK and are able to commute daily to Chanel London office 4 days a week.
