    The main mission of the Financial Management Reporting & Analysis team is to provide worldwide consolidated data for each financial cycles, which are the basis for analyses and presentations to the top Management. These cycles include quarterly and annual closings, monthly sales Flash, monthly Forecasts, Budget, Q1 and Q3 Forecasts, for Chanel and non-Chanel activities.

    We are currently implementing the non-Chanel Reporting into a new tool (TM1 – IBM Planning Analytics), after having successfully done it for all Chanel activities. In this context you will help the team during this project phase, which will include different tasks like testing, training, assisting non-Chanel entities and finally checking their submissions. You will also be part of all discussions regarding this project, with our different stakeholders (IT, end users, …).

    Depending on your workload, you may also be involved in other tasks within the Management Reporting Department.

    More specifically, your responsibilities will include

    • All activities linked to the non-Chanel reporting implementation in GPM: User acceptance Tests, end to end tests, training, assistance to the end-users, creation of reports, etc…
    • Checking data quality and exhaustivity during their first Q1forecast submission into our new tool.
    • Post-mortem to see what can be improved after their first Reporting cycle.
    • Help the team on other tasks if needed and appropriate (Chanel brand).
