We are excited to offer 5 internship opportunities for the summer of 2025. This internship opportunity will give you an insight not only into how a bank operates and runs but also how we support the charity sector and develop relationships with our clients.
What you’ll do
CAF Bank is a specialist bank for charities providing Banking With Purpose for the organisations that provide the backbone of Britain. From PTA to life saving services, CAF Bank’s customers are some of the most important organisations in the UK providing solace and support to some of the most vulnerable individuals in society. We are proud to support such organisations.
The internship opportunities would mean you get in-depth knowledge of the function you are placed in as well as gaining an overview of all the other functions that make up a Bank through your induction and regular insights sessions with the teams.
We would also like to learn from you and to enable this you would take part, alongside your fellow interns, in a project which will inform the Bank’s thinking about how to proceed with a strategic objective. Your viewpoint and insights will be critical to this as you are the next generation of potential employees and customers.

Who we are
We are more than a bank. From the one-person causes to the large-scale organisations, we are the bank charities turn to. We believe in the power of good, and in treating the goals of charities as our own.
We are owned by Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). CAF connects charities with funds, and we at CAF Bank help charities to manage those funds.
Our connection with such a long-established charitable organisation highlights how we believe in banking with purpose.
Diversity and inclusion
We know that the more diverse and inclusive our organisation becomes, the more creative, effective and impactful we will be. Our aim is for our workforce to represent the society we serve, and we have embarked upon an ambitious pathway to achieve this.
We want to attract, retain and develop the best of talent at all levels, and provide a leading and great place to work, where every voice matters.
