What you'll do
Work with and learn from some of the best collaboration PMs in the business as you gather requirements, define functionality, and assure product quality is what goes out to our customers. You’ll challenge the status quo. Think of ways to transform how people use collaboration technologies and get work done, in delightfully simple ways. Harness millions of active users and create more value for them.
As an Application Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders including sales, engineering, UX, marketing, and more to develop a POV over a particular problem area and translate that into a prioritized list of product requirements and product roadmap.
Key skills for success
- Think strategically of the customer’s needs and how Webex can reduce pain points
- Understand the needs of end users, customers, and third-party developers, and translate those needs into feature concepts and product requirements.
- Articulate the business need and the customer value associated with each product feature.
- Write requirements (PRD), product briefs, positioning statements and user stories to work with UX, marketing, and engineering to bring them to life.
- Communicate functionality and incorporate feedback.
- Take ownership; work across product, ux, engineering and support teams and delivery to help bring about your features and the team’s features.
- Make our team better, make our customers successful.
Who you are
- Passionate about building products that users can’t live without
- Good knowledge of enterprise software applications, video / communications platforms
- Natural talent for mediating opposing interests and finding creative solutions
- Enjoy taking ownership of business outcomes by connecting product functionality with goals and objectives for the business and customer
- A degree in Engineering or Business is required.
