Our 4 day program aimed at students of black or black-mixed heritage, provides the opportunity for you to explore what investment banking is all about. The program will enhance your knowledge of different business areas and give you relevant skills.

Here at Citi, we want to ensure you are given true insight to help you decide where you want to start your career. You'll hear from inspirational Black professionals at various stages in their careers as they give you an inside look. Over 4 days you will build your skills and explore the variety pf opportunities available to you. Following the programme, participants that have demonstrated the qualities we look for at Citi will be able to apply for a place at an assessment centre in the autumn, in London, in the following business areas:
- Investment Banking
- Corporate Banking
- Markets
- Securities Services
- Capital Markets Origination
- Private Bank Wealth Management
- Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS)
- Technology
We want to hear from you if
- You are of black or black-mixed heritage and looking for your first exposure to the industry and the different business areas within it
- You are in your first year of a three-year undergraduate course or second year of a four-year undergraduate in any discipline or Master’s course (graduating in 2025)
Who we think will be a great fit
We’re looking for motivated individuals, who are eager to learn and experience working in global organization.
