The EO&T Analyst participates in an two-year rotational Leadership Development Program. EO&T (Enterprise Operations & Technology) provides a foundation that enables Citi to achieve its day-to-day operational and long-term growth goals, enabling execution of Citi's Strategy. Each analyst works in a highly collaborative environment to ensure that processes are implemented and utilized to facilitate peak operational functionality at Citi.
Responsibilities
- Converts raw data into intelligence
- Performs web and mobile application testing and scans
- Identifies defects in online tools
- Creates Excel dashboards and scorecards to summarize data providing overview of sourcing process to senior level management
- Automates analytical processes by creating Excel macros
- Generates weekly reports relating to headcount and supporting advanced analytics projects
Qualifications
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- GPA 3.0 or above
- Preferred disciplines include: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, Emergence or Crisis Management, or another analytical or technical-related program
- Interest working in a high tech global technology environment and have a fundamental understanding of technologies, analytical and quantitative skills combined with communication, planning, and organizational skills
- U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.
Education
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
