We have an exciting opportunity in our Data Analysis team for a Data Analyst. This role can be worked remotely, however the employee will need to be based in England or Wales.
The role
You will be required to undertake regular reporting tasks for the debt advice team. You will need to work closely with colleagues across the wider Data and Analysis team, as well as with colleagues in operations and funded programmes teams. We need someone who has a flexible approach to work, can use their initiative and who understands how important the processes behind good data analysis and reporting are.

- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships with staff at all levels of the Citizens Advice Service and external stakeholders.
- Ability and experience of using analytical and reporting tools (e.g. R, Excel, Python, Tableau etc.), and a good understanding of the strengths of each tool and the appropriateness of using them for specific analysis.
- Experience of prioritising and organising work effectively and to operate as part of a team.
