You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of transactions to ensure the day-to-day finance operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Monitor the Accounts inbox
- Ensure accuracy in coding and processing of all purchase invoices and credit notes, in a timely and efficient manner
- Download and process invoices from online portals
- Process credit card statements
- Action supplier reconciliations
- Check and process employee expenses
- Set up new suppliers
Accounts Receivable
- Process customer Direct Debits
- Assist the Credit Controller in daily duties, sending customer statements where required
General
- Assist the wider Finance team in duties, supporting the UK team for our main entities with queries
- Assist with month end journals
- Assist with audit requests
- Customer and supplier queries
- Open the post
- Pay in cheques
- Any other ad hoc tasks as and required
About you
The ideal candidate will be a finance professional with demonstrable experience in the above responsibilities, who is either already AAT qualified or has a desire to work towards this qualification, where they can benefit from our study support scheme.
