As an Junior SDR you’ll act as a liaison between our sales team, internal teams, stakeholders, and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively addressing clients’ needs to facilitate the sales and onboarding process and contribute to an increase in sales.
What you’ll need
- A good understanding of relevant computer programs e.g., CRM, MS Office and telephone systems
- A demonstrable ability to learn about products and services and then explain them to customers
- Eloquent and assertive communication skills both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build trusted relationships • Sales and target-focused with a competitive drive to succeed and experience of working towards agreed deadlines and objectives
- Confident and outgoing with a keen desire to learn and improve
