About the Role
Cloudflare is looking for a Global Campaigns intern to work on our application or network services campaigns for the Global Campaigns team. The individual has a strong interest in strategizing, executing, and optimizing data-driven demand generation campaigns to achieve marketing pipeline and revenue goals for the acquisition, expansion, and retention of customers.
You will work on the go-to-market demand gen strategy for Cloudflare’s products within either the application or network services portfolio. This includes developing the ABM framework for the business, crafting the campaign content and messaging track alongside Product Marketing, partnering with paid media and lifecycle marketing teams, and aligning closely with regional marketers for channel execution in each market.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of strategy and implementation of integrated online campaigns through multiple channels (email, display, paid social, webinars, etc.) to drive pipeline and revenue targets for Cloudflare’s applications or network services product portfolio.
- Develop campaign content and messaging for the customer journey, and determine the proper channels for deployment and A/B testing.
- Create target account segmentation for ABM programs based on ideal customer profile, top industries, purchase intent, and sales-named accounts.
- Track campaign budget and analyze reports to determine performance and ROI of digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and scale email nurture programs to push qualified leads further down the funnel for conversion.
- Collaborate with other campaign team members to develop processes and enhance workflows for marketing and sales collaboration.
Requirements
- Interest in B2B marketing for a technical buyer and audience. Basic understanding of cloud technology is a bonus.
- Understanding of account based marketing and all digital marketing channels.
- Ability to “get inside the head” of our prospects, relate to their pain points, craft campaigns that resonate with them, and that they will want to engage with
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Sendoso, Contentful and other demand gen tech stack tools
- Must be comfortable with reporting and communicating campaign efforts and impact across the organization.
- Analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and stellar presentation skills.
- Extreme curiosity.
