Our graduate role combines training focused training sessions, plus on the job training in ongoing projects. This includes the opportunity to become PROSCI Change Management Certified.
You will be based in UK, with a potential opportunity to travel to support our customers in EMEA, APAC and the US. The role would suit a graduate from a university with a Business, Organisation Development, Finance or Human Resource Management degree.
Key job responsibilities
- Support development of the CloudRock change methodology
- Support development of the CloudRock toolkit
- Be a Super User for key products such as MIRO & MENTI
- Support understanding of the change offering within CloudRock
- Work as a Change Analyst for our client projects - delivering key change deliverables
The ideal candidate
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Masters in Business, Organisation Development, Finance or Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2:1 degree classification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication, skills
- Decisive and analytical, with close attention to detail
- Creative and innovative, happy to work with new technologies
- Fluent English speaking and excellent communication skills essential.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package [Excel, PowerPoint, Word]
