    As local part-time HR Intern you will provide local HR services support to Coca-Cola UK in close cooperation with the People Services Center in Poland and your key stakeholders including the local HR Specialist and the Strategic HR Business Partner.

    In this role you will be expected to act as the local face of People Services and serve as its Ambassador in the local market to support seamless delivery of our services in line with the People Services’ strategy, mission and vision.

    What you'll do for us

    • Employee Records Management: assisting with the management of employee personnel files and records management as well as administration for the business unit, to meet statutory requirements for government inspection and audits.
    • Wet Signatures: support with the collection of wet and digital (when appropriate) signatures for contracts and other HR-related documents, in line with the chart of authority
    • On-boarding: assist the local HR Specialist in collecting all necessary documents from new hires and make sure the documents have been filled in and signed as required by the local rules or legislation. Organize and deliver regular on-boarding session for new hires.
    • Support Local Initiatives and Projects: contribute and collaborate on local initiatives and events as well as participating in projects led by the strategic HR Business Partner.

    Qualifications & requirements

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Experience in administration roles desirable, but not required.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as working proactively and using initiative
    • Fluent in English;
    • The ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Keen to learn and improve processes.

    • File Management: Upholding a high level of maintenance for the employee personnel files for retrieving associate records and documentation
    • Project Management: Assisting with projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria) by establishing clear goals and accountabilities
    • Customer Focus: Ensuring customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer

    Please note: this role will be for 20 hours worked over 5 days.
