Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
- Help find and align with partners to bring agile/scrum as a key capability within the marketing organization.
- Support the establishment of an agile culture within the OU marketing community.
- Support the design of gamified, personalized and fit for purpose learning experiences for marketing associate agile and new ways of working.
- Work with a large network of colleagues across TCCC and work closely with OU and HR department to infuse those practices as enterprise-wise capabilities
- Be involved in projects beyond strict scope of the role to deliver the broader agenda.
- Act as a change ambassador to transform Marketing by bridging the future and the present, flexibility and discipline, processes and iteration, global and regional, central and local.
Education Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree required
Related Work Experience
Internship or work experience in marketing/agile/project management
Functional Skills
- Good understanding of Design Thinking and Agile
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is an asset
- Fluency in modern collaboration tools (Teams backlog, Mural, Miro) is an asset
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Good project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
