We are looking for high achieving, motivated, ambitious students who want to further their business and IT skills. By becoming a Business Analyst, you will analyse and document Colgate’s business activities and processes with the goal of improving efficiency through the use of IT resources.
An IT background is not required to become a business analyst, we look for students who are simply interested in IT!
About our organisation
We support and implement IT solutions in Europe, Africa and the Middle East by leveraging an in-depth knowledge of business processes along with knowledge of a wide range of technologies.
The team consists of employees from a wide range of backgrounds including Computer Science, Business Studies, Engineering and Finance Disciplines.
Internship opportunities as a Business Analyst

Training and Development
Interns are fully trained so they can work to the best of their ability and will be treated as a permanent/full-time employee. Training and development opportunities can be offered through day to day work as well as completion with other interns. Training programs include presentation training, building personal greatness, agile training and much more. Internships offered by Colgate-Palmolive will provide students with transferable skills which can help them in both final year and their future career.
Mentorship
Interns will be assigned both a manager and a mentor as well as two dedicated intern co-ordinators. Consistent feedback is a key element of life here at Colgate and our interns can expect no less. Our mentors will provide a listening ear as well as constant coaching to help you get the most out of your time here.
