Job Purpose
Handle the Order to Invoice process within Hill’s Best Practice standards on effectively supporting order to invoice fulfilment. Accountable for successful order management and supervising all aspects of the customer service process to assure timely deliveries to Customers. Handles the customer service relationship by serving as the primary contact point for communications related to orders and deliveries. Supports the day to day operations of the digital tools such as Hill’s Loyalty Scheme and UK Online Vetshop.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting day to day Loyalty claims by customers
- Process purchase orders in timely manner
- Liaise with customers via email or telephone (Claims management)
- Collaborate with internal Teams to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues.
- Use SAP order processing and fulfillment applications to handle and efficiently complete the order to invoice process while minimizing manual intervention.
- Effectively support order to invoice fulfillment, including: New item launches, SKU transitions/substitutions, Prolonged stock issues, Investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues
Education & Experience
- Excellent computer literacy (Google Suite, Excel)
- High level of accuracy for entering data and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Planning and organization skills with ability the to prioritize workloads
