Join our rotational Commercial Graduate Programme as a Junior Customer Success Consultant, and you’ll be ensuring our largest enterprise clients achieve their objectives through strategic solutions. By fostering long-term relationships, you’ll navigate through sophisticated customer political landscapes and position us as a trusted partner at all levels of the account.
Join us on a permanent contract from day one, and at the end of the two-year programme, you’ll move straight into a role within our Commercial function.
What you’ll be doing:
Working in our Sales, Marketing & Customer Relationship Management function, you’ll be responsible for understanding our customers and building great relationships with them. You’ll use your knowledge of our products to identify areas of growth, and collect and analyse data to make sure you’re proposing the best possible solutions for each of our customers.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Collaborating with colleagues to create and implement Customer Development Plans
- Understanding and actively engaging with various internal and external teams throughout the Customer Journey
- Using revenue management practices to drive revenue growth amongst your customers
- Engaging with the wider Customer Success team to collect and analyse data, review ways of working, and identifying areas for improvement
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the Customer Success intranet page
Who are we looking for?
You must have a Bachelors university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Technology/Engineering, and a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and driving business growth. You should also be self-motivated, leading by example, taking initiative, and driven to succeed.
To be eligible for this role, you must either be a citizen of the United Kingdom or hold a visa that grants you the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
