Join our Commercial Graduate Programme as a Financial & Professional Services Junior Account Manager, and you’ll be working with potential New Logo customers, managing a portfolio of prospects. You’ll develop your communication and negotiation skills, as you collaborate with teams across our business to drive new sales and develop relationships with our customers.

Join us on a permanent contract from day one, and at the end of the two-year programme, you’ll move straight into a role within our Commercial function. 

What you’ll be doing:

Working in our Enterprise Sales function, you’ll be responsible for identifying and closing deals with new customers within the Financial and Professional Services sector. You’ll help to implement effective sales strategies for new sales and cross-sell opportunities of our services and solutions, whilst developing and nurturing relationships to drive new business and increase total customer spend.

You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Partnering with Marketing teams to identify prospects and generate new leads
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management while executing winning strategies for each opportunity
  • Developing and implementing a business strategy across accounts, leveraging data insights to prioritise activities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding customers’ business outcomes and aligning Colt’s solutions to support those needs
  • Leading and managing a virtual sales team, applying and coaching on account development plans

Who are we looking for?

You must have a Bachelors university degree in any field, and you should have strong communication skills. You should also have great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strategic relationships across all levels of an organisation. This role will be heavily client-facing, so you’ll need to be comfortable presenting, consulting, negotiating, and advising at C-suite and executive levels.

To be eligible for this role, you must either be a citizen of the United Kingdom or hold a visa that grants you the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
