    We’d love you to be part of our journey, we are currently recruiting for a Social Media Executive to join our ambitious and creative Brand Content & Social team.

    The role

    Reporting into our Social Media Manager this role will be one in which to support the delivery and publishing across our social media channels, from content publication to community management.

    The Social Media Executive will play a key role in the end-to-end operations and uploading of planned and reactive Hub social media content, and Hero moments. Day-to-day you will play a key role in support the team with ongoing community management, from always-on engagement comms to war rooms and scenario planning ahead of campaigns and activations.

    Ensuring strict governance across all of our platforms and channels through best practice social governance executions, brand safety adherence and sentiment reporting. As our Social Media Executive you will play a key role, collaborating with our creative agencies and internal stakeholders, in the approvals & publication of all content across our channels.

    What you will do

    Day to day social operations

    • Collaborate on brief creation to inform agency or internal Brand Studio planned social media production
    • Creatively input into ideas and fresh thinking for our Content & Social team
    • Strict governance across our social channels, from upkeep of social banners to publishing of new social formats
    • Management of all relevant assets, links, copy and approvals for all social content (and other content across the business) and approvals status

    Creative social

    • Opportunity spotting, and playing a key role in reactive social media newsroom delivery for social
    • Support on social media copywriting and community responses for community management, using tone of voice to ensure impact
    • Support on influencer/creator planning and activity (with wider teams Corp Comms)

    Social governance

    • Oversight of social listening via Sprinklr (our Community Management tool)
    • Implementation of brand safety actions and recommendations
    • Social competition management and fulfilment
    • Owner of monthly competitor social reports
    • Key input into innovation roadmap to keep the brand current; with a fresh view on existing and emerging social platforms and trends

    What you will need to be successful

    • Social copywriting skills and understanding of tone of voice
    • Broad knowledge of all major, and emerging, social platforms and emerging
    • Experience with measurement tools
    • Experience with Office toolkit (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
    • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail
    • Finger on the pulse of cultural relevance and trending topics, with a deep passion for social media
    • Ideal to have experience in social photo or video editing, either professionally or personally, though this can be taught in role
