    A role you will love

    The Investor Engagement Team Support role will help our Investor Engagement Team based in London. In the role they will be involved in day-to-day business activities including live projects and desk research projects. You will contact Institutional Investors (UK & Spain) as information agent, related to both proxy voting and corporate actions to help support our client deliverables related to Annual General Meetings and M&A transactions.

    Other key responsibilities

    • Develop relationships with institutional investors (Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Asset Owners etc.) and intermediaries (custodians/private client brokers/vendors).
    • Handle multichannel communication with stakeholders which includes but is not limited to inbound, outbound, email, etc., to effectively explain information during specific campaigns (i.e., AGM/EGM, M&A, etc.)
    • Collect, validate and analyse Investor Intelligence data from various types of investor documents, external vendors and internal sources on corporate governance, E&S, proxy voting and M&A processes.
    • Capture all Investor Intelligence data into internal proprietary platform
    • Actively participate in preparing client reports.
    • Proactive contribution in further development of day-to-day deliverables, including layouts and structures

    What will you bring to the role

    • Bilingual English/Spanish Language skills (Verbal and written to professional level)
    • Proactive approach to work, and willingness to learn.
    • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor/Master’s in either Communications, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law.
    • Courses in Sustainability or Corporate Governance is helpful but not essential.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Enthusiasm and motivation to work in an international company.
    • Excellent skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word).
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e., pivot table, v-look up).
    • Knowledge of SharePoint is considered an advantage
