Responsibilities
- Take ownership and respond to standard operational queries, escalating where appropriate.
- Conduct detailed reconciliation analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain up to date process notes in line with any changes to working practice.
- Liaise with other departments within the business to understand and resolve differences.
- Comply with Operational risk and Regulatory Control policies and procedures.

- Administrative background, organised, and have a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills & high degree of numeracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Technically minded and able to adapt to different IT systems.

- Good understanding of the how the wider operational departments work and how the reconciliation department fits in.
