    We want everything that our Global Marketing team delivers centered around patients their HCPS and carers. To do this we need positive, collaborative, self-motivated people with a passion for bring innovation to market that makes a meaningful difference to peoples lives.

    We are currently looking for a talented Post Graduate Student who can lead, collaborate on and support the development of our critical global marketing initiatives that will define, shape and implement our vision.     Key duties and responsibilities

    • Market research and analysis to understand the complete needs of users and key stakeholders across a range of therapy areas
    • Defining the core USP and value proposition for new solutions
    • Developing business cases and completing make or buy assessments for new opportunity areas
    • Supporting and driving new product development projects, through launch and life-cycle management
    • Customer experience innovation & development, including digital tools & support
    • Go-to-market strategy support for new solution offerings
    • Helping to create the most respected marketing team in medical devices

    What you'll need

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Strong understanding of marketing and product management
    • Cultural sensitivity
    • Demonstrated analytical and creative abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Passion for technology and marketing, with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Proven cross-functional leadership and execution skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Self-motivated, coachable and interested in self-development
