    The UK has one of the oldest housing stocks in Europe with over 50% of British homes lacking proper insulation. Heating our home accounts for over a third of the country’s natural gas consumption. As part of the UK Government’s landmark strategy to attain Net Zero by 2050, the Government funds a variety of energy efficiency schemes. The installation of energy efficiency measures under Government funding is delivered in accordance with PAS2035, a British Standard which establishes the specification for undertaking ‘whole building’ retrofit of energy efficiency measures.

    As the UK’s leading provider of Domestic Energy Assessment software and services. We are involved in helping deliver Retrofit Assessments of domestic properties as part of a variety of Government funded energy efficiency schemes.

    Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking multiple Compliance Administrators / Analysts to join our Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to learn all about ECO & PAS.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting Retrofit Coordinators and Technical Compliance Analysts by completing compliance checks of project documentation and evidence for multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects.
    • Liaising with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators, Technical Compliance Analysts, Installers, and their customers as necessary.
    • Liaising with colleagues to resolve issues and identify system/process improvements.
    • Responding to communication from customers in a timely manner and in a manner that builds customer loyalty and company reputation.

    Requirements

    Job Qualifications

    • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Be comfortable speaking to homeowners/residents regarding their projects and occasionally booking appointments for surveys/site visits.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and presentational skills.
    • Good inter-personal skills.
    • Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.
    • A working knowledge or understanding of the ECO sector – would be ideal but not essential.
    • Ideally experience of the domestic energy efficiency retrofit market.
    • A self-starter, motivated and driven to succeed with excellent communication skills.
    • You will be seeking a fast-paced environment where you will be part of a dynamic team
    • You will be comfortable with multi-tasking and ad-hoc requests outside your normal remit
    • Good understanding and capability with MSOffice suite.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Successful completion of compliance checks for multiple concurrent retrofit projects.
    • Completion of project coordination compliance checks to agreed SLAs.

    Performance Goals

    • Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
    • Develop a deep understanding of PAS 2035 and ECO requirements to support customers. and give them confidence in service delivery.
