    Cornwall Insight is an award-winning international energy consultancy, and we are seeking a Lead Energy Analyst to join our Consumer Markets team in Norwich.

    You will be leading the research, summary and analysis of data for our business and public sector customers to help achieve their net zero goals. Alongside this, you will ascertain emerging needs of our corporate customers and interpret how changes in the energy industry impacts them. As a Lead Energy Analyst, you will engage with customer directly through delivery of presentations, webinars and knowledge-based training.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and deliver on a vision for a new suite of services for corporates and the public sector, creating new expertise within the business and drawing on the existing knowledge base.
    • Be the go-to person for expertise on corporate and public sector decarbonisation.
    • Ensure knowledge within the team is maintained and developed through research, regular reporting and webinars.
    • Work closely with the Go to Markets team to identify new customers, win new business and support renewals.
    • Build customer relationships and elicit customer feedback on existing, changing and new propositions.
    • Author high quality and punctual content for a suite of publications.
    • Commit to authoring high quality and punctual content for a suite of publications and insight services to meet the needs of customers.
    • Lead by example and develop analysts to ensure all products meet these high standards.
    • Identify key trends and relevant impacts to customers and communicate these effectively.
    • Collaborate with other teams within the business to ensure our overall proposition meets customer and business needs effectively, including Research, Content and Consultancy.
    • Support regular Efficiency Reviews to identify any gaps to be filled by new service development, amalgamation of reports, identify redundancy, and improvements to processes within energy supply and services.
    • Involvement in team ad-hoc projects as required.
