    Our graduate programme experience

    Our 3-year Finance Graduate programme comprises of 3 placements lasting 12 months each, across the finance function. As the business grows and takes on new challenges across a global remit, the finance function is there to support every step of the way across central roles such as General Ledger and Financial Control through to supporting Business Units with Planning and Analysis.

    Being part of the Costa Finance Graduate Programme develops a breath of experience and depth of knowledge to truly understand what it takes to run a successful business in growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving change and growth within Costa from day one, we’ll pair you up with a Buddy, Mentor and Senior Sponsor to ensure you’re fully supported both in your daily role and in working towards achieving ACCA or CIMA qualifications, providing you with the ideal platform to continue your career with us.

    Please note the location of this role will be Dunstable, Bedfordshire but we’re a flexible organisation so it’s likely there will be some field and home working too.

    Who we’re looking for

    We’re looking for analytical, inquisitive and ambitious graduates who have a desire to understand how a business succeeds from a financial perspective and who have a passion for our brand.

    You’ll have aspirations to develop and succeed whilst having a flexible approach. You’ll seamlessly move around different teams as you get up close and personal with real life responsibilities and challenges.  You’ll craft your management and leadership skills with passion and positively perfect your communication and analytical abilities.

    • You will either have or will be working towards achieving a 2:1 or above 
    • 280 UCAS points
