    Working across both Luxury + Consumer Beauty (20+ COTY brands) you will be responsible for supporting the UKI Ecommerce Team, working on delivering the sales target + commercial plans on the UK Amazon account.

    As a pivotal role in the Amazon team, this is an incredible opportunity to experience, understand + develop your learning across Sales + Marketing, with high exposure across the UK + Global regions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Commercial

    • Provide regular analysis and reporting of sales and shopper data, sharing key findings + insights with eComm team + sales function; using analysis of data to activate + enhance future marketing planning
    • Conduct regular market analysis online to audit execution, compliance and competitor activity; monitor + share best in class activity to drive channel innovation
    • Understand + analyse reports, using data + P&L workings to make informed business decisions
    • Support decision making of key monthly promotional plans, understanding the impact of investment on sell out + future buy in
    • Own EPOS sell out tracking and key account processes, always seeking to find improvements to deliver value or efficiencies

    Ecommerce

    • Support in the day-to-day operations of Amazon account, collating sales + ad hoc reports, ensuring catalogue alignment and data sharing internally + externally
    • Work effectively cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Trade, Sales, Supply, Finance) to deliver project work and delivery of key strategic plans
    • Responsible for account NPD (new product development); liaising with Marketing + Sales to align on volume forecasts, actioning new line forms + on-site launch plans, delivering A+ content execution, in line with national marketing calendars

    Content

    • Own Amazon marketing packages, ensuring merchandising takeovers are booked 3+months ahead, creating best in class content with Marketing teams + tracking booked placements + sales uplifts
    • Working with Marketing, continuously review + optimising content, ensuring expired assets are removed in timely manner + brand stores are updated to reflect marketing campaigns + key trends
    • Be the lead on all Amazon site content, delivering best in class site visibility, own + deliver locally created content banners + assets, reflecting customer needs
    • Monitor Amazon reports + scores to optimise content + availability, ensuring KPIs are met
    • Focus on content optimisation, supporting in delivering new opportunities to the Amazon account, from bundles + multipacks through to Amazon exclusive giftsets and shade launches
