    This role is in our Operations Team in Halifax. No insurance experience is needed for this role, just bring your hunger to learn and an inquisitive mind!

    Responsibilities

    During your two-year programme, you will:

    • Gain essential experience in our Claims and Operations Teams, working in our busy contact centre helping customers and clients.
    • Be enrolled on our business-wide mentoring scheme to get support on your journey with us
    • Complete an internal development programme, with several modules all focused on providing you with essential leadership skills. This will also give you opportunities to meet and work with others from across the business.
    • Have the opportunity to continue your development through professional, industry-recognised qualifications, such as with the Chartered Institute of Insurance or Institute of Leadership & Management.
    • Have the opportunity to play an active role in our community groups
    • Take part in graduate peer networking and communal development days
