    We have a great opportunity for a Finance Analyst – Treasury to join our Technical Accounting team. You will be involved in our financial reporting processes for hedge accounting, treasury instruments and structured entities.

    The Role

    You will produce high quality reporting and analysis in order to enable timely and effective decision making within the team. You will also carry out key parts of our month end process, and ensure that key control activities are carried out. The team is responsible for reporting financial results for treasury and hedge accounting, and you will have a broad understanding of these areas, with a desire to learn more.

    You will work on key inputs into our ongoing management reporting, financial statements and regulatory reporting and you will interact with stakeholders across Finance and Treasury in order to achieve this. You will also perform key reconciliation and reporting activities for our structured entities and contribute to reporting to investors for these entities.

    You will be expected to work to a high standard of accuracy under time pressure, have good presentation skills and be able to interact with stakeholders across the business. You will have a desire to constantly improve business process and will be able to identify risks and work with the team to mitigate them.

    A role in Finance lets you work with the whole organisation. It also gives you the opportunity to widen your transferable knowledge and skill set. We’re committed to supporting team members to develop and complete accountancy qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA.

    About You

    You will be detail focused, with a desire to learn more about treasury accounting and technical aspects of financial reporting.

    You are likely to be a graduate with a degree in a relevant subject, or you may be already working within a financial services technical reporting team. You will have the desire to build on your numerical, computing and analytical skills within a challenging and dynamic environment.
