New for 2024 we’re excited to offer the opportunity for graduates going into their final year to join us on our Summer Internship programme!! Running from the beginning of June to the end of August each opportunity will allow individuals to get stuck into some great projects, gain valuable on the job experience all while working with friendly experts happy to share their knowledge!
The role
Our Customer Service (CS) Experience support the whole of Customer Service on tactical, strategic and colleague changes to make sure CS is a great place to work. They have a big 2024 so the support of an intern focused on initiatives / areas that support both colleagues and customers will be pivotal! During your time you’ll be working in our Service Experience areas focusing on tactical, strategic and colleagues’ initiatives for the Customer Service Function and may include new initiatives, ideas, pilots, our making it better scheme which is feedback that can impact our colleague and customer experience.
In return you’ll benefit from working within an experienced team that has a touch point with the whole of Customer Service! Through development conversations supported by your manager you’ll build your relationship building, stakeholder management, networking opportunities, understanding prioritisation, supporting with value cases, supporting discovery sessions and much, much more!

For this internship you must be completing your second year at University in 2024 and you'll have some relevant customer focused work experience.
You'll be passionate about developing and have a positive attitude towards gaining new knowledge, skills and behaviours. You'll need to be open and proactive in learning as well as engaging in activities that require you to work as part of a team.
Experience of project management, working and communicating with a diverse range of people and managing multiple competing priorities will be important. You’ll be self-aware, with the confidence to work independently and the passion to continuously improve
