    Creative Support is a busy and dynamic national charity with a track record in providing high quality, person centred support services in over 60 Local Authorities. We have a varied portfolio including, Supported Living, Extra Care, Home Care, Housing Related Support & Day Services, serving a wide range of service user need including people with a learning disability, people with mental health needs, homelessness, older people, people with drug / alcohol issues & people with autism.

    The role

    We are seeking dynamic, motivated graduate to join our teams across the North West. This role will be key in supporting us to mobilise contracts from award to transfer, including working with service users, families, mobilising managers, transferring teams and Local Authorities. You will also be able to develop skills around developing links, social value initiatives, contractual requirements, recruitment and overall service development and implementation. The role will work closely with our Executive Management Team, Quality Team, Operational Teams and support teams based at Head Office.

    About you

    You will be an enthusiastic individual who is organised and has excellent attention to detail. You will be skilled in building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders, really listening to how we can make a difference. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a focus on excellent customer service.
