    Based in Caerphilly, Creditsafe is looking to recruit a HR Assistant to join our dynamic company. The successful individual would be key member of the team delivering an excellent people experience across the UK entity. The role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their current experience either recruitment or HR. Working closely with the HR Manager the pro active individual will join a growing organization with a culture of development.

    Job specification

    • Management of the full recruitment process
    • General HR administration
    • Monitoring of HR Microsoft Dynamics system
    • Onboarding of all new employees
    • Providing relevant HR Advice and Support to the company
      management team
    • First point of contact for all HR related queries

    Essential skills

    • Previous experience of recruitment and talent management
    • CIPD qualified is preferred but not essential
    • Passion for HR a & Recruitment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Self starter with solutions focused attitude
    • Ability to prioritise
    • Friendly pro active approach
    • Desire to progress
