About the role
The Go-to-Market team is the lynchpin centralized group bridging all key stakeholders to deliver impactful advertising to clients. We embody a neutral, holistic and strategic lens to influence the company’s strategy, offering as well as facilitating driving new & recurring revenue to Criteo.
This role will be responsible for the definition, implementation and execution of our internal communications strategy within Go-to-Market and to our internal business partners.
This is a transversal and strategic global role and as such, Criteo is looking to recruit a creative, enthusiastic and autonomous specialist thriving to learn and make a difference.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for creating and implementing content delivered within GTM and to our internal business partners as well as leading programs that enhance communication / team culture within our group.
Main responsibilities include:
- Define strategic internal communication plan for GTM (What, Why, How, Who)
- Create and manage internal communications outputs from GTM LT to GTM team members and key business partners (memos, news, important information)
- Work with all functions across GTM to publish timely strategic information and to the right audience. Create a directory and rules for communication process
- Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision. Provide a set of guidelines for the teams to communicate more effectively and cohesively on their projects
- Organize, co-ordinate content creation, lead template creation and facilitate regular GTM events such as our All hands, ELT meetings and many more
- Audit and recommend most efficient structure & governance for our communications tools (Confluence, Trello, Newsletters, Slack)
- Co-ordinate our efforts and review content for newsletters to our internal business partners
- Edit and maintain specific parts of our Confluence space dedicated to our team
- Define a set of slides and materials that can be used to present our team, core missions etc
- Measure and present results of communication efforts.
Who you are
- Bachelor + or master's student from a Communication / Marketing / Business School or Program looking for a 6 months' internship or a 12 to 24 months' apprenticeship
- Copywriting and communication skills in English and French
- Experience in design and branding is a plus
- A strategic thinker/Problem-solver/Facilitator with exceptional Organization and Communication skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel
- Humility, team player and willingness to learn
- Ability to work cross-organizationally to align multiple stakeholders and teams
- Highly collaborative work style, strong interpersonal & organizational skills and attention to detail
- A PPT/Excel master
- Experience in project management tools (Trello, Planner, Asana, Confluence etc) and other design tools a plus
