    We have exciting opportunities for Graduate Sales Assistants to join our teams based in both Caterham, Surrey and Letchworth, Hertfordshire.

    As part of our in-house Sales team, you will provide support and assistance to the Regional Sales Managers and teams across our site developments, carrying out a variety of duties relating the sales of our homes, ensuring a smooth process and the highest customer service.

    Croudace Homes offers structured training for graduates, supporting you at every stage, including a comprehensive graduate rotation programme. Focusing on building your practical knowledge, skills and expertise which are key to success in this role.

    About You

    • Studying a relevant degree within business/construction/geography/land related degree
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
    • A keen interest and desire to succeed in a sales orientated role
    • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
