What you will be doing
As a Business Insights Analyst, you will be working within the Business Insights Team to provide agile data that yields insights and inspires data-driven decision making across the business.
Data Analysis
- Extract, manipulate and analyse large data sets to derive actionable insights using SQL and data visualisation tools.
- Use statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
Reporting
- Develop and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders to support business decision-making.
- Create visualisations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data findings and collaborate to provide effective solutions.
Data Management
- Maintain data quality, integrity and access across multiple data systems e.g. the data warehouse, Salesforce and Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality standards.
Problem Solving
- Identify and solve data-related problems, proposing solutions to improve data processes.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in SQL, Google sheets and Excel.
- Experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualisation tools.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Experience working with data warehouses and databases.
- Familiar with GDPR and data protection best practices.

What we are offering

- Up to 40k DOE
- Participation in the employee share option plan (subject to the prevailing company policy at the time)

- Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team. There aren't any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario the team have worked on.
