    What you will be doing

    As a Business Insights Analyst, you will be working within the Business Insights Team to provide agile data that yields insights and inspires data-driven decision making across the business.

    Data Analysis

    • Extract, manipulate and analyse large data sets to derive actionable insights using SQL and data visualisation tools.
    • Use statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.

    Reporting

    • Develop and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders to support business decision-making.
    • Create visualisations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data findings and collaborate to provide effective solutions.

    Data Management

    • Maintain data quality, integrity and access across multiple data systems e.g. the data warehouse, Salesforce and Tableau.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality standards.

    Problem Solving

    • Identify and solve data-related problems, proposing solutions to improve data processes.
    • Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

    Requirements

    • Highly proficient in SQL, Google sheets and Excel.
    • Experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualisation tools.
    • Ability to think critically and solve problems.
    • Experience working with data warehouses and databases.
    • Familiar with GDPR and data protection best practices.

    What we are offering

    • Up to 40k DOE
    • Participation in the employee share option plan (subject to the prevailing company policy at the time)

    • Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team. There aren't any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario the team have worked on.
