    Requirements of the Role: Our HR Advisory team provide a global HR service to our international clients. With the support of a team of senior HR professionals you will play an important role in ensuring our clients receive first class HR advice and guidance.

    Role Duties

    • Working with our senior consultants you will support clients throughout the employment lifecycle:
      • Pre-hire: guidance on background checks, compensation and employment terms
      • On hire: provision of employment contracts/ policies, securing work visas, and fulfilment of mandatory on-boarding requirements
      • Post hire: advice on compliance issues, performance & absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, termination, and managing key events (TUPE, closures, etc.)
    • Assist in developing internal knowledge database, materials and product/service lines
    • Assist with marketing output - such as webinars, blogs etc.
    • Quickly build and apply knowledge of international employment law and practices

    Person Specification

    We prioritise ability over experience and therefore prior HR experience although desirable is not essential , instead we seek intelligent graduates with an appetite for learning that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Given the opportunities for development and career progression we want to invest in candidates that offer potential and can grow with us.

    Entry Requirements

    • An achieved or expected 2.2 minimum in degree
    • BBB (Or equivalent) minimum in A Levels from 3 subjects
    • GCSE Grade 4 (C) minimum in Maths & English Language
