As part of our Grassroots programme, we are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful intern who will support the Talent division and its agents. This is an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic talent representation and commercial division which sits within CSM Sport & Entertainment.
The intern will join us for 6 months and be a proactive and confident self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. The role encompasses a broad range of skills including administration, client services, sales support and social media.
What you will be doing
- Assisting with management of CSM's current client outreach process.
- Support the commercial team with key talent marketing.
- Generate new sales and gifting lead / contact lists through desk research, on-line, Linked-in and cold calling. Follow up contacts through calls and emails.
- Campaign tracking and reporting in Salesforce.
- Develop and keep all sales and marketing materials updated.
- Manage CSM Talent’s social media output.
- Building and maintaining successful internal relationships.
- Consistent demonstration of personal drive and determination to deliver high-quality work.
The skills and experinece you will need
- Previous sales experience with the desire to grow current knowledge would be an advantage.
- Proactive can-do attitude.
- Fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately.
- Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to meet deadlines and drive tasks to completion.
