    We are looking for an IT Analyst / Business Change Placement student to join our team specializing in Business and IT for the Cummins Business IT team either Leeds or Huddersfield, UK.

    During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Analysis of business problems, using business analysis tools and techniques to implement solutions and driving business improvement initiatives.
    • Identifying, designing, evaluating and building IT solutions to meet business needs.
    • Leading small-scale project initiatives from inception to completion and supporting on larger scale projects.
    • Helping deploy new business / IT systems, including testing support, end user training.
    • Maintaining existing business / IT systems and understanding their interaction with business processes.
    • Provide team coordination, administration and operational support

    What you'll need

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • IT/Computing, Data analytics or Business/Management related degree
    • Must be a team player with ability to work as part of a team.
    • Be self-starting and manage your own workload effectively
    • Strong problem solver and the ability to follow processes
