    We are looking for an enthusiastic Credit Risk Placement Student to join our team specializing in Finance for our Power Systems Business Segment in UK, Daventry.

    What you'll do

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Support for the scoping and completion of improvement projects (including 6 Sigma framework), prepare business unit credit reporting, planning, and forecasting. Support for the scoping and completion of improvement projects (including 6 Sigma framework)
    • Performs credit-worthiness reviews on new and existing accounts, mitigating risk to the business and analyses credit exposures.
    • Prepares metrics analysis and consolidated credit reporting, as well as ad hoc credit analysis and reports to the business unit.
    • Develops an understanding of trade finance and credit management to support the business, ensures credit activities are in line with corporate credit policies and are Sarbanes Oxley (Sox) compliant.
    • Participates in working capital initiatives to drive corporate metrics with an active involvement and business partner support.
    • Represent the function when required to do so either with other parts of the organization or at various functions or events.

    What you'll need

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Studying towards a degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics or Business discipline.
    • Fast learner and willing to take on new challenges.
    • Strong team-working skills with great attention to detail.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent Excel skills.
