    About the role

    We are looking for an enthusiastic EMEA Emission Compliance & Training Support Placement Student to join our team specializing in Environment for our Corporate/CBS Segment in UK, Darlington. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

    This role will be 60% onsite; 40% remote so you must be able to travel to the location. You can work 100% onsite if you wish.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Assist with running the Global CX (Customer Experience) Program for Cummins.
    • Refresh and redesign the CX program materials and websites.
    • Work with the Global network to problem solve system issues and support them in methodology.
    • Support the continual program evolution and support the Global CX Leader on DBU Service Initiatives.
    • Analyze data, produce reports, and make recommendations based on your findings.
    • Support department process and problem-solving projects from start to finish.

    What you'll need

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Studying towards a Business or Project Management degree with a background in databases, systems operation, and analysis.
    • A working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills with the ability to work well within a team and use your initiative.
    • Ambition, flexibility, numeracy, and confidence coupled with creativity, imagination, and a desire to learn; and a willingness to take on responsibility.
